Basic Layout for All Blog Pages

There are only three kinds of pages in your blog:

• The home page (the index page in the top directory of your site)
• Posts
• Listing pages (category and yearly)

While you will only create versions of Posts and Category Listings, you can customize all of these. These pages share the same general layout sections that include:

• A banner area
• The main content area
• The right sidebar (optional)
