Financial Resources
Bursar's Office handles billing, payments, payment plans, refunds, health insurance waivers, third-party agreements and past due accounts/collections.
Cost of Attendance (COA) is an estimate of the total amount it may cost you to go to college each year. It includes allowances for tuition and fees, books and supplies, transportation, room and board, and personal expenses. COA is not your actual bill.
Deferred Payment Plan offers students the opportunity to pay their bill in five (5) separate installments. Contact the Bursar's Office for more information.

Net Price Calculator is a tool that provides students with an estimate of federal, state and institutional aid eligibility so that they may plan ahead and make arrangements to cover their bill.
RowanCard Office maintains the accounts associated with the RowanCard. The RowanCard is used for identification purposes as well as Meal Plan/Dining Dollar and Rowan Bucks accounts.
Rowan University's Student Emergency Fund (RUSEF) provides financial support to eligible students when they need assistance with unexpected emergency expenses.

StudentAid.gov website provides information on federal student loan amounts, outstanding balances, loan statuses, disbursement dates as well as the contact information for loan servicers.
Tuition Rates and Fees can be found on the Bursar's Office website. Matriculated undergraduate students who register for between 12 and 17 semester hours will be subject to the flat tuition rate.
Fee Waivers
GRE Fee Reduction Program assists eligible individuals with the cost of taking a GRE test.
Praxis Fee Waivers are available to college students who meet the eligibility criteria.
Food and Housing Resources
Food Resources
Dining Locations and Hours are operated by Gourmet Dining Services, LLC. A wide variety of food choices are offered to students across Rowan’s campus.
Donated Meals Program provides a number of meals each semester for students with demonstrated financial need who are facing food insecurity on campus.
Fresh For All Program provides free fresh fruits and vegetables to students and community members. This market is open every Friday from 10-11AM in Parking Lot D on Rowan’s Glassboro campus.

Microwaves are available on the ground floor of the Chamberlain Student Center, in Rowan Hall 221 vending area, and in Engineering Hall 342 kitchen/ break room.
Nutrition Services program provided by Gourmet Dining is intended to help the Rowan community build a healthy foundation in nutrition knowledge, increase awareness of health issues, and expand the palate while improving food choices.
RowanCard Office maintains the Meal Plan/Dining Dollar and Rowan Bucks accounts.

The SHOP is Rowan University's on-campus food pantry and resource center available to students in need. The SHOP offers a range of free and confidential support services that can connect students with appropriate campus and community resources.
Housing Resources
Laundry Facilities are located in the Chamberlain Student Center and include 10 washers and 10 dryers. Students can use Rowan Bucks to pay for laundry services.
