Apply for Leave of Absence

A leave of absence is intended for Rowan University matriculated undergraduate students who plan to to take a leave from the university for up to four consecutive semesters. Students must apply for a leave of absence through the University Advising Services.

It is strongly encouraged that undergraduate students interested in taking a leave of absence first consult with their academic advisors. (For a list of Academic Advisors by college please visit the Undergraduate Advising Directory.)

When accessing the Leave of Absence Form, students need to enter their Rowan username and password. (If you are signed in to another Gmail account, you may not be able to access the form.)
