About the Office of the Bursar

The Office of the Bursar looks forward to serving you during your academic career at Rowan University. We strive to provide the University community with excellent service as well as providing information in a friendly and timely manner.

Our office serves all students at Rowan University, including undergraduate, graduate, and our two medical schools.  We are responsible for the following:

  • Tuition and Fees
  • Billing
  • Payments and Deferred Tuition Payment Plans
  • Authorized Users
  • eRefunds (Student and Parent PLUS)
  • Third Party Agreements
  • Outside Scholarships
  • Student Health Insurance
  • Tax and 1098-T

Helpful Hints

The following are helpful hints to help you have a positive experience at the University:

  • Official billing communications are sent to you via your Rowan e-mail account, which should be checked on a regular basis.

  • Even if your bill is paid by your parents or a third party (e.g., employer, agency, government), the bill is in your name and you are responsible to ensure it gets paid. Parents can be added as Authorized Users on your ePay account by following the directions below.

    • Go to Self-Service Banner.
    • Log in using your Rowan NetID and password.
    • Under the "Bursar" tab, select "ePay Center" to be directed to the secure payment site.
    • Click the "Authorized Users" tab.
    • Enter the e-mail addresses for any person you would like to have Authorized User access and proceed as directed.

    Authorized Users will be sent an e-mail with a username and password in order to log in, view your statements, and make payments.
