What happens if a student’s waiver is rejected?
The waiver site will shut down after the waiver deadline, and the waiver form will then convert to a waiver appeal form. NOTE: Students that utilize NJ Family Care will have until November 30th to provide proof of coverage to UHP. If there are claims on file the appeal will be automatically declined.
