Rowan Bucks

Students can add Rowan Bucks to their RowanCard via transfer of a financial aid credit or direct purchase.  Prior to depositing any funds to a Rowan Bucks account, students must obtain a RowanCard from the RowanCard Office.

Transfer of Financial Aid Credit

If you have a financial aid credit remaining on your account after all charges have been covered, you can transfer those funds on to your RowanCard as Rowan Bucks to purchase textbooks at the University Bookstore or other school supplies.  NOTE: Rowan Bucks in this instance are available for spending one (1) week prior to the start of the appropriate term or within one (1) hour thereafter once the term begins.  

To transfer over your financial aid credit, see below:

• Log in to Self-Service Banner and go to the "Bursar" tab.
• Select "Transfer Rowan Bucks via Financial Aid/Bursar Credit". 
• Select the applicable term from the dropdown, indicate the amount you would like to transfer, and submit your request.
   

Purchasing Rowan Bucks

If you do not have extra financial aid credit but would still like to add funds for immediate use to your Rowan Bucks account, you can do so online with a credit card via myrowancard.rowan.edu.  Log in with your Rowan NetID and password and follow the steps to deposit funds. The funds will be available in your Rowan Bucks account once your credit card transaction is complete.  If a family member or relative would like to add funds to your Rowan Bucks account, they can do so on this site via the guest log in area using your Rowan ID number.
