Welcome to the RowanCard Office!

Your RowanCard is your official identification at Rowan University. Whether you're a student, faculty, or staff member, this multipurpose photo ID offers the convenience of cashless transactions both on campus and around town. Use your RowanCard to make purchases, and the amount will be deducted from either your Dining Dollars or Rowan Bucks account. All members of the Rowan community are required to obtain a RowanCard.

RowanCard Office will have extended hours the first week of classes

Monday 8/31: 8:30a-4:30p

Tuesday 9/1: 8:30a-6p

Wednesday 9/2: 8:30a-6p

Thursday 9/3: 8:30a-6p

Friday 9/4: 8:30a-4p

RowanCard Tip: Keep your card away from your phone and electronics.

This will damage the chip in your card. Replacement RowanCards are $25. If you need a lanyard for your RowanCard stop by our office and we'll give you one for free!!

Where can you find your full 16 digit RowanCard ISO number?

Go to the RowanCard Office portal and click on Student & Staff Login. As soon as you log in, you should see your full ISO under your picture.

The RowanCard team serves students across three main campuses. Knowing your campus location will help you find the right office quickly.

Glassboro Campus (Main Office)

Location: Savitz Hall, Room 245

Stratford Campus

Location: Public Safety Building, Suite 1132 (University Educational Building)
Note: This location primarily serves Rowan-Virtua SOM affiliates.

CMSRU Campus

Location: CMSRU Building, 3rd Floor
Note: This location primarily serves Cooper Medical School students and staff.

When you come to any of our offices, please be prepared! You must have your Banner Number and your NET ID & Password ready to receive service.

Attention : Current Students and Faculty Staff

All current students & faculty staff should upload their photo to the RowanCard portal online. Once your photo has been approved your card will be printed and you will be emailed with further instructions.
