No Show and Cancellation Policy

• Students are expected to honor all scheduled appointments with the exception of an emergency.
• Students who do not arrive within 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a "no show."
• Students who are unable to attend an appointment are expected to cancel at least 1 hour prior to the start of their scheduled time.
• Students with 3 “no shows” and/or 3 late cancellations (made within one hour of the appointment time) over the course of a semester may be restricted from using the Success Coaching Program.
