Computer Science

I am a Computer Science major at Rowan and class of 2025. I also hold an Associates in Computer Graphic Art and changed majors late from Art. I am currently very interested in web development and education. In my spare time, you can find me painting, listening to music and playing video games. Some organizations that I am proud to be part of include Management Leadership for Tomorrow, ColorStack, and Rewriting the Code, which all align with my passion for uplifting students from underrepresented backgrounds in technology. I am also an up and coming Learning Assistant for the Computer Science Department.

I am very excited to be able to help fellow students in the Rowan community and find ways to support them towards success as best as possible!

I had a rough time in High School and Community College as I was completely unaware of what resources I could access as a student or what I could achieve. I did not have an academic support system to guide me. Reaching out and finding what worked best for me allowed me to go from a barely 2.0 GPA student to a 4.0 student. I hope that  students who may relate to this can be able to find helpful peer guidance from me.
