History and Secondary Ed

I am from Ocean Township, New Jersey and I am a double major in history and secondary education. I am also seeking a certificate of undergraduate study in English as a second language as I hope to live abroad after I graduate. I am the Senator for the Student History Association and a member of Project IMPACT. I love surfing, skateboarding, and being outdoors and I love to do things that take me out of my comfort zone.

I am excited to help people through their troubles and addictions. I know from personal experience how addiction can derail someone's life and I'm hoping that my experiences and advice can lead people down the best path for their life.

I want students to know that they can come to me with any problems with no fear of judgment. I've made countless mistakes in my life and I haven't always been the best person, but I know that the first step to becoming better is understanding your current situation and I feel that expressing your emotions verbally is often the best way of doing so. I hope that I can provide students the opportunity to express themselves in a safe, judgment free manner.
