Biography

Urielle presently works as an advising specialist for Rowan Global for the RN-BSN online program. She also works with special needs children as a pediatric nurse. Over a 15 year period, she worked as a staff Accountant for various industries. Air France, Weichert Realtors, Big M INC and many more. She also managed her own business, Beautylaure INC for 5 years. In 2010 she decided to pursue nursing as a second degree. She developed an absolute passion for the profession. She contributed many years of service to the Gloucester County Nursing home, Shady Lane Nursing Home, Samaritan Health Care & Hospice, and Bayada Nurses. Using her people skills and Business Risk knowledge from her years in corporate roles helping the companies mitigate risk and save money, she has now use the same model to help her students achieve their goals in a less timely fashion and cost effectively. In addition to her Business and Nursing skills, she is also the President of Organization of Citizens to Combat Poverty (OCCP). An organization to improve the lives of the underserved population overseas.  

In addition to work, Urielle credits all her success to her parents and the programs she participated in, while growing up.  For many years she has volunteered for many organizations to help children. For example, she is an advisory Board member for VillageMED that ran humanitarian pediatric mobile clinics twice a year in Haiti. She volunteered as a tutor in the NJ Literacy program. She is working toward completing the Rowan Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certificate. Urielle earned a Bachelor degree in French Literature and Corporate Accounting from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Licensed from NJ State Board of Nursing. She’s a wife, mother, grandmother, and enjoys reading, jogging, traveling for fun and for charity.
