Biography

Talia Musero earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University and a Master’s degree in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Talia worked in the health and fitness industry for many years before beginning her career in higher education as an instructor, recruiter, and academic advisor. She is currently a Senior Academic Advisor for the Office of Advising and Student Information Services and an Instructor in the Health and Exercise Department. Talia advises students in the online Psychology and Health Studies programs as well as students in the RCSJ 3+1 Psychology program. In addition, she has instructed several courses; Health and Wellness, Basic Nutrition, and Career Planning and Development. Talia serves as member on Employee Well-being, First Gen Marketing, Dr. Harley Flack Mentoring, Advising Learning Community, and DEI SPC1 committees. Talia has recently become a Certified Career Service Provider through the National Career Development Association. 

Hobbies: Running, biking, weight training, hiking, going to the beach, dancing, and live music
