Biography

Maria Lanza-Gladney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Communications from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and Masters of Science in Education with a focus on Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her higher education career over the past 14 years, Maria has primarily worked in advising and program coordination roles with students and faculty. Prior to joining the 3+1 team, she was working at Rowan Unversity's College of Education with graduate students and programs. Her higher education career has also included working at Drexel University and Salem Community College. Maria has three children, enjoys yoga, both practicing and teaching, traveling, spending time with family and friends, food of all kinds, and any and all creativity.
