We love our transfer students! The Office of Advising and Student Information Services (OASIS) has lined up a week of activities to celebrate transfer students and the professionals who support them on their journeys.
 

Rowan Global Transfer Champions - Vote Today!

Vote today to nominate a student, staff member, or faculty member to be a Transfer Champion! What is a Transfer Champion? A Transfer Champion is a person (student, staff, faculty, ANYONE) that has supported your experience as a transfer student at Rowan. 
 
They will be spotlighted on the Rowan website, will be sent a message of gratitude from the OASIS advising team, and will be entered into Transfer Student Week raffles (announced Friday, October 25th). Any information provided in this form (other than email) may be used on our social media/website.
 
Help to celebrate those who have helped you on your journey as a transfer student! Nominate a Transfer Champion here!

Monday, October 21 - Welcome to Rowan!

Join us at Rowan College of Burlington County for a Senior Year Overview Session presentation for 3+1 students starting senior year at Rowan in Spring 2025 (this will count for your admissions checklist item). Stay for snacks, Spring registration support, and transfer student trivia!
 
Time: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Location: RCBC Mount Laurel, Votta 230 Rowan Room (2nd floor- Partnership School suite)
 

Tuesday, October 22 - Transfer Student Resources

Transfer students - check out our Instagram and Facebook pages for a special video message from your team of academic advisors about resources to best support your academic journey.
 

Wednesday, October 23 - Transfer Champion Reveal/Registration Pop-Up

Stay tuned on our Instagram and Facebook pages for the reveal of our peer-nominated transfer champions! Then in the evening, get help registering for Spring 2025 at Rowan! 3+1 Rowan Advisors will be hosting a Pop-Up Advising Registration table at the RCSJ-Gloucester campus. 
 
Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM 
Location: RCSJ Gloucester College Center 108 (across from the Club Hub)

Thursday, October 24 - Virtual Q+A with the Office of Career Advancement

Are you a transfer student who has career-related questions?  Have your questions answered by a Career Counselor from Rowan's Office of Career Advancement. 
 
Please submit any questions here that you would like answered by the Office of Advising and Student information Services, Tutoring, and/or the Office of Career Advising.
 
These questions may be specifically related to transfer students, but can be applicable to all students as well! Can't make the session but have questions? Send them in and we will post the recording of the session to our youtube account!
 
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM 
 

Friday, October 25 - Raffle

If you participated in any of the above Transfer Student Week activities, whether that be nominating a transfer champion, liking a social media post, or attending a virtual or in-person event, your name will be entered into a raffle to win Rowan swag! Stay tuned on our Instagram and Facebook pages for the reveal of our raffle winners!
