Biography

Hi! My name is Noura Guira, and I serve as the Community Director for 230 Victoria and 223 High Street at Rowan University, where I work alongside an incredible team of Community Assistants. I grew up in North Jersey and still call it home, often returning to spend time with my mom and close friends.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and am currently pursuing my MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership. During my undergraduate years, I served as a Resident Assistant at Montclair and also worked at Bloomfield College—experiences that inspired my passion for student affairs and fostering inclusive communities.

At Rowan, I primarily support upper-division students, and I enjoy the opportunities and challenges of helping residents feel connected, supported, and at home.
