Laundry service across campus is provided by Caldwell and Gregory. Each wash/dry load costs $1.50. Students can pay for laundry via the Speed Queen App or quarters. The Speed Queen App directly integrates with RowanBucks.
The Speed Queen App is available to download in the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Currently, Edgewood Park Apartments and Willow Hall do not have laundry facilities in the complex. Students in these buildings typically use the large laundry room located in the Student Center.
For service requests related to laundry machines, you can scan the QR code on the specific machine with a problem and submit the information about the issue in the form. You can also visit Caldwell and Gregory's website here: http://www.caldwellandgregory.com/ to submit a service request, or call 1-800-927-9274 at any time.

How to add an account?
STEP ONE: Navigate to your building and click on “Details” next to “Laundry Balance”
STEP TWO: The next screen will prompt you to log into your Rowan Card account. Once you have successfully logged in, you should be able to see your balance.

After selecting the washer/dryer that you want to use, make sure this toggle switch is selected to get the

No, you must use your school-provided email address.
I have an international phone; can I use this app?
You can only download and use the app if your settings are US-based.
I don’t have a phone; how can I use this app?
You can also use any tablet that accepts the app if you do not have access to a US-based phone.
