• In Hall Staff: 1 Community Director, 8 Community Assistants
• Honors wing: Located on the second floor, honors students can use their Rowan ID card to gain access to the honors hallway. This area contains classrooms and study spaces reserved specifically for honors students.
• Housekeeping: Clean common hallways, lounges, study rooms daily
• Laundry Room: Located on floors 2-5
• Bike racks near building entrance
• WiFi (Wireless internet access available throughout the building)
• Parking: For the most current policies and information about residential parking on campus, please follow this link to Rowan Parking Services. Residents of Rowan Blvd and the Whitney Center are able to purchase a parking permit for the Rowan Blvd parking garage.
• Mailboxes: Located on the ground floor, next to the stairwell. Mailbox numbers and codes are given to residents on the day they arrive to campus.
• Study Rooms: Located on floors 2-5, Furnished, Dry-erase Board
• Lounges: Located on floors 2-5. Vending Machines, Furnished, Large TV, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table.
• Community Director Office: Located on the 2nd floor
• Honors College: Located on the 2nd floor
• Each resident’s Rowan ID card will give them swipe access to both of the main entrances of the building.
• A single key is distributed to each resident, which allows access to your apartment's main entrance. An individual 4-digit PIN code is issued to each resident for their bedroom.
• Trash Removal: There are dumpsters located in the back of the building. Students are responsible for bringing their trash bags to dumpster locations. Housekeeping staff removes trash from all common areas. 

• Central air conditioning/heating-controlled thermostat
• WiFi (Wireless internet access available throughout the apartment)
• Wired for Rowan Network
• Telephone: Landline telephones have been removed from all residence halls for lack of use, however, they are available upon request. Active room telephone lines provide local calling only and require a calling card for long distance. Most residents rely on cell phones.
