Hall Features & Amenities
  • In Hall Staff: 1 Community Director, 12 Community Assistants
  • Housekeeping Services: Clean common hallways and community bathrooms on a regular basis. Supply hand soap and paper products in all bathrooms

  • A single key is distributed to each resident, which allows access to your specific stairwell and bedroom.
 Suite Features & Amenities
  • The building is arranged in suites, assigned by gender. Each suite has four to six bedrooms, a common bathroom, and a small lounge.
  • Common Suite Bathroom: Depending on the size of the suite, the community-style bathroom has 2 toilets, 2-3 sinks, and 1-2 showers. These bathrooms are maintained and stocked by the RLUH Housekeeping staff.
  • Suite Lounge: Each lounge is furnished with a combination of sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table.

  • Chestnut Hall has single and double occupancy rooms located throughout the building, with the majority of the rooms assigned as doubles.
