• The complex is comprised of 17 separate buildings containing 5-9 apartment units
• In Hall Staff: 1 Community Director, 8 Community Assistants
• Housekeeping Services: No services of apartments while occupied. Townhouse Community Center Common Spaces and public Restrooms cleaned regularly
• Laundry Room: Located in Townhouse Community Center towards the front of the complex
• Benches, Bike Racks throughout complex
• WiFi (Wireless internet access available throughout the building)

• Mailboxes: Located in the foyer of the Townhouse Community Center for each apartment. The resident’s apartment keys open their designated mailbox.
• Community Director office is located in the Townhouse Community Center
• Rowan ID card allows all residents to access the Townhouse Community Center
• A single key is distributed to each resident, which allows access to your apartment main entrance and your specific bedroom.
• Trash Removal: There are dumpsters located throughout the complex. Students are responsible for bringing their trash bags to dumpster locations. Trash is hauled on a daily basis. 

• Central air conditioning/heating-controlled thermostat
• WiFi (Wireless internet access available throughout the apartment)
• Wired for Rowan Network
• Telephone: Landline telephones have been removed from all residence halls for lack of use, however, they are available upon request. Active room telephone lines provide local calling only and require a calling card for long distance. Most residents rely on cell phones.

• 4 students reside in each apartment with single occupancy bedrooms.
• Mixed-gender apartments are permitted in this complex.
