• Trash Removal: There are dumpsters located in the Chestnut Parking Lot as well as behind the Gazebo. Students are responsible for bringing their trash bags to dumpster locations. Trash is hauled on a daily basis. Housekeeping staff removes trash from all common areas and restrooms.
• A single key is distributed to each resident, which allows access to your specific stairwell and bedroom. 

• The building is arranged in suites, assigned by gender. Each suite has four to six bedrooms, a common bathroom, and a small lounge.
• Common Suite Bathroom: Depending on the size of the suite, the community-style bathroom has 2 toilets, 2-3 sinks, and 1-2 showers. These bathrooms are maintained and stocked by the RLUH Housekeeping staff.
• Suite Lounge: Each lounge is furnished with a combination of sofas, arm chairs, and a coffee table. 

• Magnolia Hall has single and double-occupancy rooms located throughout the building, with the majority of the rooms assigned as doubles.

• Average size of single rooms: 89 square feet.
• Telephone: Land line telephones have been removed from all residence halls for lack of use, however they are available upon request. Active room telephone lines provide local calling only and require a calling card for long distance. Most residents rely on cell phones.
