The University has affiliated with Nexus Properties to provide student housing options in Downtown Glassboro along Rowan Boulevard, Victoria Street and High Street.

Nexus Properties manages several buildings where students can enjoy the convenience of vibrant downtown living, all while experiencing the many shopping and dining venues adjacent to the Rowan University campus. The Barnes & Noble University Bookstore, Chickie’s and Pete’s, Tony Luke’s, Inspira Urgent Care and Cooper Medical Center, to name a few, are all just steps away with more retail coming. Opened in Fall 2017, the University now has a new satellite recreation center as well as additional classroom spaces located in the new 230 Victoria Street building. Opened in Fall 2018, Nexus Properties' newest buildings include 57 North Main Street and 114 Victoria street. 

Students select their Nexus Properties apartments through the same process used by all Rowan students, via Residential Learning & University Housing, and pay through their student account with the Rowan University Bursar.

  • Only Juniors and Seniors will be permitted to select spaces within (All bedrooms are single occupancy.):
    • 220 Rowan Boulevard
  • Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors will be permitted to select spaces within (Bedrooms are double or single occupancy. Floor plans accommodate 2-8 persons per apartment.): 
    • 223 West High Street
    • 230 Victoria Street
    • 57 North Main Street
    • 114 Victoria Street

  • 220 Rowan Blvd. (Opened Fall 2015) - The 2019-2020 rate is $5,667 per semester for a single bedroom. 
  • 230 Victoria St. (Opened Fall 2017) - 2019-2020 rates are $5,667 per semester for a single bedroom and $5,135 for a double bedroom.
  • 223 West High St. (Opened Fall 2017) - 2017-2018 rates are $5,667 per semester for a single bedroom and $5,135 for a double bedroom.
