The University has affiliated with Nexus Properties to provide student housing options in Downtown Glassboro along Rowan Boulevard, Victoria Street and High Street.

Nexus Properties manages several buildings where students can enjoy the convenience of vibrant downtown living, all while experiencing the many shopping and dining venues adjacent to the Rowan University campus. The Barnes & Noble University Bookstore, Chickie’s and Pete’s, Tony Luke’s, Inspira Urgent Care and Cooper Medical Center to name a few are all just steps away, with more retail coming. Opening in Fall 2017, the University will also have a new satellite recreation center as well as additional classroom spaces located in the new 230 Victoria Street building. 

Students select their apartments through the same process used by all Rowan students, and pay their license fees through their student account with the Rowan University Bursar. A $500 (plus applicable fees) security deposit is required from each resident after their assignment confirmation and prior to moving in. The security deposit is paid online directly to Nexus Properties.

  • 220 Rowan Blvd. (Opened Fall 2015) - The 2017-2018 rate is $5,340 per semester for a single bedroom. 
  • 230 Victoria St. and 223 W. High St. (Opening Fall 2017) - 2017-2018 rates are $5,340 per semester for a single bedroom or $4,840 for a double bedroom.
