Biography

Daisy Garcia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (K–6) with a Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) endorsement from Rowan University in May 2024. She also completed a Certificate of Undergraduate Studies in Teaching English as a Second Language (K–12). Currently in her second year of graduate studies at Rowan, Daisy is pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. Alongside her academic pursuits, she works as the Community Director for Pods A, B, and C in Holly Pointe Commons through the Department of Residential Learning and University Housing. Daisy is dedicated to improving the education system and envisions a future where she leads initiatives that empower students and ensure teachers’ voices are valued.
