Biography
Autumn Sheplock is the Director of Residential Learning at Rowan University. She oversees the entire Residential Learning staff consisting of Area Coordinators, Community Directors, and Community Assistants. In addition, she works with many campus partners for collaboration on training, committee work, and to provide folx a presence within our halls.Autumn embarked on her educational journey at Rowan Univesity in 2014, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. During her time there until 2018, she actively engaged with the campus community, dedicating three years to working in Residential Learning. She went on to continue her education and pursue a Master's Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Kutztown University, working as a Resident Director to continue honing her leadership abilities and refining her approach to student support. Autumn's professional journey continued at Bucknell University as a Community Director for a year before returning to her Alma Mater, Rowan University, as an Area Coordinator.
In June 2024, Autumn transitioned into the role she holds now as our Director of Residential Learning. In this capacity, she shows a passion for making positive impacts on the community, assisting students with advocating for their needs, and fostering collaboration across campus departments.
