Dining Policies

In order to maintain a cost-effective and efficient dining program for all individuals, certain policies and procedures must be followed.  We invite you to select and eat what you like in the dining hall; however, removal of china, glassware, and utensils are prohibited. The Health Department requires that shirts and shoes be worn in the dining facilities at all times.

Essential Items Regarding the Use of Your RowanCard

  • It is necessary to present your RowanCard each time you eat a meal in Holly Pointe's Glassworks Eatery or The Market Place.
  • The RowanCard must be presented at all locations to utilize cash equivalency or to access your Dining Dollars Account.
  • The RowanCard is not transferable. Cards used by someone other than the card owner will be taken by the dining service staff and admittance will be denied. The card owner will be notified.
  • Authorized personnel reserve the right to request and review a RowanCard at any time.
  • Lost or damaged RowanCards should be reported immediately by dialing 256-GONE. Replacement cards can be obtained at the Information Desk in the Student Center for $25.00. The Information Desk is opened Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 9:00pm, Friday’s from 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

 

The deadline for students who wish to reduce or cancel their meal plan for FALL 2022 MUST DO SO PRIOR to Sunday, September 18th at 11:59pm

After this date and time, students will only be permited to increase or purchase new plans.
