Faculty Center Presents: Magna OnDemand

Magna OnDemand is a program where you can watch videos on your own time and earn a professional development certificate from the Faculty Center. You can choose from Magna’s impressive digital library of nearly 500 educational development programs. 

The Faculty Center will offer two Professional Development Certificate programs each academic year. 

  • The Fall program runs from July 1 to December 31, and certificates will be issued in January. 
  • The Spring program runs from January 1 to June 30, and certificates will be issued in July.

You can view any Magna Publications program at any time! Follow the OnDemand Instructions for access to Twenty Minute-Mentor videos and 60-minute Online Seminars by Magna Publications.

Earn the Professional Development Certificate

If you would like your viewing to count toward the Professional Development Certificate Program, answer the questions on this Reflection Form before the deadline. 

There is no need to contact the Faculty Center, we will send your certificate to you soon after you’ve reached four. 

If appropriate, the certificate may be shared with your supervisor, or included in a Tenure, Recontracting, or Promotion Packet. 

You may continue to attend workshops or view programs after you’ve earned your certificate.

Since 1972, Magna Publications has been a leading provider of higher education professional development resources. The Faculty Center has purchased institutional access for the 2023 calendar year, providing anyone with a Rowan.edu email address access to Magna’s impressive digital library of nearly 500 educational development programs.
