IDEA Student Evaluations
The IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction (SRI) is the only formal student evaluation tool overseen by the Faculty Center. It offers rich data analysis, including national norming.
Mid-Semester Focus
The Mid-Semester Focus (MSF) on teaching and learning is a mid-semester evaluation technique that provides instructors with rich and meaningful feedback from their students regarding the learning environment in a course. The process is entirely voluntary and data is kept confidential.

Consultations
All faculty can request a consultation with our staff regarding any topic that may be of concern. Also, we are happy to read drafts of any recontracting materials that you would like us to! Please contact us by sending email to facultycenter@rowan.edu
Lunch with the Provost
Lunch with the Provost, Tony Lowman, hosts an informal faculty/professional staff lunch in the Provost's conference room, Bole Hall from 12:30-1:45 p.m. The purpose of the lunch is for faculty and professional staff to discuss issues, raise questions, or to have general conversations about activities and initiatives at Rowan. Conversations are open and the agenda is determined by the faculty/staff in attendance.
