You can choose from among several colleges for your degree in wellness. Why come to Rowan? In addition to our commitment to teaching and mentoring undergraduate students, we offer a lot of opportunities outside of the classroom to get professional work experience (some of which is paid), earn certifications, be a research assistant with the faculty, attend professional conferences, and build your professional network. You'll do this all at an affordable tuition rate.
Each year, we send (and help pay for) up to 20 students to serve as interns at the prestigious Art and Science of Health Promotion conference.
We provide students with lots of professional development opportunities, including paid jobs.
We offer on-site professional screening certifications in Blood Pressure and Finger-Stick Blood Lipids: Training for Health Professionals
Our student chapter of the National Wellness Institute is one of the largest and most active in the nation.
