Carla KephartCarla Kephart has worked in public health for 18 years. She began her career with Cumberland County Department of Health then became Director of Health Education for both Cumberland and Salem Health Departments until 2006. At that time she began working as the Director of Health Education for Gloucester County Department of Health & Human Services. Carla is a Certified Health Education Specialist, and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Special Population Trainer.  She has her Bachelor’s Degree from Rowan University in Health Promotion and Fitness Management.

 

 

 

Gideon ArchiremDuring Gideon Achirem's time at Rowan, he was 4 year member of the track and field team, was a program assistant for the Get Fit program, and graduated with a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness Management. He is continuing is education, attending SUNY Downstate Medical Center in NY where he is pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy.

 

 

 

 

 

Samantha MaynardSamantha Maynard graduated with a double major in Diaster Preparedness and Emergency Planning and Community Health. While at Rowan, she found her passion to help marginalized and underserved communities. Samantha now has a position with Americopr in association with the Illinois Public Health Department. Her position is in Communicable Disease and Emergency Prepardedness.
