About Your Orientation Fee
The fee is added to your Bursar account after enrolling in orientation and can be paid via your Self-Service Banner account when tuition bills post. The fee structure for 2022 orientation programs is:
Spring term admits:
New Student Orientation
All Freshmen & Transfer students (1 day orientation program): $105
Online orientation fee
The fee for online orientation is $75. You can stop by our office in the Chamberlain Student Center 220 to receive your orientation materials when your arrive on campus in the spring.
Fall term admits:
Overnight Orientation & Final Fall Orientation (First Year) fee
First Year students attending a 2-day orientation program or First Year students attending the Final Fall Orientation program: $220
One-Day Orientation & Final Fall Orientation (Transfer) fee
Fiest Year & Transfer students attending a 1-day orientation program or Transfer students attending the Final Fall Orientation program: $105

The fee for online orientation is $75. You can stop by our office in the Chamberlain Student Center 220 to receive your orientation materials when your arrive on campus in the fall. This orientation is for students who are enrolled in specific programs.
I don't need all of that. Can I get my fee reduced?
Unfortunately orientation services are not available à la carte. We are cost-conscious when designing our programs while best supporting a student's transition to college. We receive the lowest possible pricing on food, publications, materials, and other items by ordering enough in bulk for all new students.
