All students at Rowan University are able to enroll in Core Seminars!
The Leadership Rowan’s Core Microcredentials is the first set of seminars of the Leadership Rowan Microcredential Program. Leadership Rowan’s Core Microcredentials serves as an introduction to basic leadership topics which will focus on understanding one's personal leadership style and how it relates to the university community. These essential introductory leadership skills will help improve a student's sense of self and how it can be applied to group communication, university student organizations, and the general student body.

CORE OFFERINGS
Get Involved in Clubs
Increasing awareness and participation in clubs and organizations under SGA
Leadership in Action
Students will be able to analyze their leadership skills using the Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI) and implement targeted actions to improve their leadership abilities.
Learning to Collaborate
Students will be able to identify and apply key principles of effective teamwork to enhance their leadership abilities.
Personal Agency
Students will be able to identify and apply strategies to strengthen their personal agency by setting intentional goals, making values-driven decisions, and taking ownership of their leadership actions.
IN-PERSON Session
To enroll for an in-person session, please visit proflink and search for the specific seminar topic you are interested in. Once you have clicked on the event, please RSVP by using the RSVP tab. After you have RSVP, feel free to attend the in-person session. The leadership staff will keep record of your attendance and once you have completed the seminar, you will be notified to pick up your certificate.
ONLINE Session
To enroll for an online session, please visit proflink and search for the specific seminar topic you are interested in. Once you have clicked on the event, please RSVP by using the RSVP tab. After you have RSVP, you will receive an invitation to a canvas course. You will be sent directions via email on how you can complete the seminar. Online seminars include a quiz where you must successfully pass after reviewing the seminar's content. The leadership staff will keep record of your attendance and once you have completed the seminar, you will be notified to pick up your certificate.
