Biography

Kaitlin is responsible for student organization services, including oversight, strategic planning, and overall support of the Rowan fraternity and sorority life community. Known by her students as “KWest,” she is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and values-driven community that empowers students to grow as individuals and leaders.

Kaitlin earned her B.A. in Sociology with double minors in Spanish and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The College of New Jersey (2015). While at TCNJ, she became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in Spring 2013. She later earned her Ed.M. in College Student Affairs at Rutgers University–New Brunswick (2019).

She is passionate about helping students discover their personal version of success, both in college and beyond - and how the skills and experiences they gain through FSL can help them with their future aspirations!
