Jillian Itri is responsible for Pension Enrollment and administration of all pension programs (ABP, PERS, PFRS, DCRP) for Full and Part time staff, Faculty, and Adjunct faculty. Also, the processing of state certifications, payroll deductions, and retirement savings plans. Also, conducts the retirement consultations and assist with the retirement process for the employees. She is the contact for pension and supplemental annuity vendor representatives and pension and retirement inquiries

Betsy provides customer service and secretarial support for the Human Resources Department. She processes Employment Verifications. She is responsible for scheduling Retirement Consultations, Exit Interviews and also scheduling appointments for the Employee Advisory Service and the Employee Relations Counselor.

Jeremy Trowsdale works with university senior leadership and key managers to assess and identify skill gaps and areas of learning opportunity and is responsible for instituting new leadership development, performance management, training and onboarding programs focused on achieving long term goals as well as addressing immediate development needs. He also provides a range of consultation services to Senior Management on the development and implementation of strategies and training for creating and sustaining a higher performing work force.

Additionally, Amanda is responsible for the coordination and the compliance of the electronic Performance Assessment Reviews, management of immigration & visa processes for Human Resources and administration of the employee tuition waiver and scholarship programs, as well as organization of Service Awards and oversight of the Humans Resources Internship program.

He is the first point of contact in employee relations, provides objective problem-solving and decision-making assistance and assists with mediation and conflict resolution.
