Off-Campus Student Services & Resources

Rowan University extends beyond the physical boundaries of our campus into the larger South Jersey community.  In order to fulfill our University's Strategic Pillars, we remain committed to being good custodians of our South Jersey home and especially our little corner of Glassboro.  

Broadly speaking, there are three different kinds of students at Rowan:

• Residential students who live in the various Rowan-owned & affilitated residence halls & apartment complexes we have on campus.  For more information about our residential housing options, visit the Residence Learning & University Housing page.
  
  
• Off-campus students who live in the various unaffiliated apartment complexes & residences located mainly in the borough of Glassboro while not living strictly on campus property.

• Commuter students who live in the surrounding towns and counties in South Jersey.
  You're in the right place.

Off-Campus Services & Resources (OCSR) is just one part of the Office of the Dean of Students.  We're here to help students who need assistance, guidance, or just need a point in the right direction.

When making the decision to live on- or off-campus, please make sure you review Rowan's Mandatory Housing Policy to aid in your decision.  If you have any quesitons about this policy, contact the Residential Learning & University Housing office.
