Personal Electric Vehicles

In an effort to promote safety on the University campus while permitting students, faculty, staff, and visitors to benefit from the use Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs), students, faculty, staff, and visitors and to both shared-use and privately-owned personal electric vehicles are expected to comply with PS:2023:01. We encourage all members of the Rowan community to review the policy. In addition, we offer the opportunity for individuals to report concerns and/or violations. 

Note: This policy does not apply to personal electric devices designed for and used to accommodate persons with mobility restrictions. 

The following are important references for individuals: 

• All PEVs that are utilized on campus must be registered. 

• Individuals may report concerns/violations of policy associated with PEVs.
