Counseling & Psychological Services (CPS)

Counseling & Psychological Services at Rowan University provides free, confidential mental health support to help students manage concerns and support personal growth and well-being.

In-person counseling appointments are available at the Wellness Center/Winans Hall and 302 Victoria Street. Please confirm your appointment location before arriving.

Appointment Policy:

  • A $25 no-show fee applies to appointments that are missed or not canceled in advance (effective January 21, 2025).
  • Students unable to attend should call the Wellness Center at 856-256-4333 before their scheduled time to avoid the fee.
 

CPS serves currently enrolled Rowan University students and offers support for a wide range of mental health concerns. Services are provided at no cost and focus on helping students build skills, cope with challenges, and thrive academically and personally. Please review appointment expectations before your visit.

Free Teletherapy with Uwill

Uwill

Rowan University has partnered with Uwill, a leading student mental health platform, to provide free, immediate access to teletherapy and wellness resources for students.

Through Uwill’s easy-to-use online platform, students can:

  • Choose a licensed therapist based on personal preferences
  • Schedule sessions that fit their schedule, including day, evening, and weekend appointments
  • Register and book their first session in minutes using their Rowan University email
