Curriculum Submission Deadlines, AY 2026-2027
Fall 2026 proposal submission deadlines:
Proposals should be approved by the Department, Dean, and College on or before Friday, October 2, 2026. Proposals received after October 2 may not be reviewed until the following semester.
Spring 2027 proposal submission deadlines:
Proposals should be approved by the Department, Dean, and College on or before Friday, February 19, 2027. Proposals received after February 19 may not be reviewed until the following semester.
Adhering to the on-time deadlines will help ensure proposals are processed in the same semester in which they are submitted and that proposed changes retain their original effective term and year.
TRANSITION TO MODERN CAMPUS CURRICULUM
In March 2025 the University began the process of decommissioning the OnBase curriculum software and replacing it with Modern Campus Curriculum (MCC).
March 7, 2025: OnBase is closed to new proposal submissions. All new proposals must go through Modern Campus Curriculum (MCC). To begin a new proposal in Modern Campus Curriculum, visit Curriculum Review website
November 1, 2025: OnBase is fully decommissioned and is available only as:
- a read-only archive for OnBase curriculum proposals submitted between Fall 2019 and Spring 2025.
- a read-only archive for all pre-OnBase ("paper") curriculum proposals submitted between Fall 2005 and Spring 2019. IRT’s directions for accessing all archived pre-OnBase curriculum proposals:
- Go to: https://rowan.edu/go/onbase or from Citrix (off campus), go to: https://access.rowan.edu/ and then click on the “Apps” button at the top and then click on the “OnBase Web Client” icon.
- Under “Document Retrieval” select the document “AA – Curriculum Proposal.
If you are unable to access archived proposals using the directions above, you will need to request View Only access to OnBase Curriculum Review. To be added to that RIMS Functional Organization, email Jennifer Tole, Associate Provost for Academic Program Quality & Compliance (tole@rowan.edu).
