Incident Report Dashboard
This dashboard is intended for RLUH staff such as Community Assistants, Complex Directors, and Area Coordinators. Please review the helpful information below if you have any concerns about submitting a report.
What information do I need when I submit a report?
- Names and banner ID numbers of all parties involved
- Any supporting documentation such as photos, screenshots, etc.

Contact Information
When on-call, please follow your typical on-call responsibilities and procedures. However, if you have general and non-emergency concerns, here are some staff members on campus who might be able to help:
Vicky Nucci (nucciv@rowan.edu) - Assistant Director for Community Standards
Vicky can help with questions about the Student Code of Conduct, the conduct process for students, and incident report writing.
Charlie Kuski (kuskic@rowan.edu) - Coordinator for Off-Campus Services & Resources
Charlie can help with concerns about off-campus properties, laws and policies in Glassboro, incident report writing, as well as questions about hazing and organizational conduct.
Cindy Threatt (threatt@rowan.edu) - Assistant Dean for Student Life
Cindy can help with elevated concerns, ongoing concerns, as well as serve as a point of contact for issues that might involve campus police.
Brandy Bennett (bennett@rowan.edu) - Title IX Coordinator & Director for Student Equity and Compliance
Brandy is the first point of contact for Title IX issues on campus. Title IX issues might include sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, stalking, issues involving gender-based discrimination, and pregnancy-related issues at the university level.
