Emotional Well-being
Emotional well-being is the ability to cope with, and learn from, life’s ups and downs and to understand that this struggle is necessary for growth.
That means: Don’t define who you are by your “worst day,” but rather accept that your thoughts, feelings and emotions do change day by day. Learn to recognize your emotions and reactions, and figure out how best to respond to them.
Chill and Chat
This weekly group is for new students at Rowan....whether you're a transfer, a freshman, or just looking to make some new choices in your life. Come hang out, play games, do a craft, and chat with Healthy Campus and student leaders to gain some insights to making friends, being successful in classes, dealing with homesickness, staying healthy, or any other issue college students deal with.
