Rowan Resources 

The Student Center and Campus Activities has a jam-packed schedule of activities and events—from trivia and movie nights to game tournaments to trips to concerts to Rowan After Hours, which has late-night programming every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. RAH nights include a free midnight food buffet.

Social Justice and Belonging has robust programming and offers dozens of events focused on promoting a welcoming University community through support and access to all students. SJB provides students vast opportunities for personal, social, professional, and academic development.

On-campus social connectedness groups are available too. Additionally, Rowan has a host of student success programs that help you develop skills to thrive as a student and campus leader.

If you enjoy helping others, Volunteerism, Community Engagement & Commuter Services has numerous ways to get involved in service. Meanwhile, Greek Affairs—home to fraternities and sororities on campus—facilitates the learning process for students to enrich educational experiences.

Additionally, Rowan’s College of Performing Arts offers performances throughout the academic year at discounted prices and offers students opportunities to join performing troupes.

Local Resources 

The Borough of Glassboro organizes community events for all ages and has an app that offers event information, deals, news, and a directory of businesses. Rowan Boulevard, the $426 million project that connects the University with downtown Glassboro, is a bustling corridor offering retail shops, dining options, housing, a town square, and more.
