Rowan Employee-Specific Benefits

Employees must present a Rowan I.D. card prior to obtaining a membership. Rowan identification cards are available at the Student Center Information Desk. Payroll Deduction is available for all full-time employees of the University and their families. Deductions can be made for all periods except summer. Forms are available at the front desk.
Yearly $275 Semester $125 1-month $35 Group Fitness Only $75/semester The group fitness-only membership is available to employees for the fall and spring semesters. Membership includes access to group fitness classes only. Access to other spaces in the facility is not allowed.

Employee Advisory Service
The Employee Advisory Service may be used in any of the following circumstances:

For Emergency Mental Health Services, call 1-866-327-9133 and press 1 to speak to a Mental Health Specialist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Email eas_help@csc.nj.gov to schedule an appointment to speak with a counselor.
- Employees may contact the EAS directly. Employees are encouraged to voluntarily seek information and referral by contacting the EAS directly. As all contacts with the EAS are confidential, this will be entirely confidential. Your referral is directed to the Advisor at EAS.
- An employee may be referred to the EAS at any time if circumstances warrant it. EAS aims to help the employee and is not to be considered disciplinary.
- State employee associations and unions may refer employees to the EAS, if the employee agrees to the referral.
- When an employee receives a less-than-satisfactory performance rating, he/she will be scheduled to go to the EAS. The Office of Human Resources will make the appointment and inform the employee of the time and place. Human Resources will also arrange with the supervisor for the employee's absence.
