Resiliency
What Is 'Resilience' and What Does It Mean to Be 'Resilient'?Resilience is our ability to overcome a difficult situation, overcome trauma, etc. and recover. It can be viewed as our toughness and grit. It is our innate ability to thrive during the tough times and bounce back.
We have all had a crash course in what it means to be resilient. Many are adapting to life indoors, switching learning styles to online platforms, and the challenges that may arise from this. Whatever case you may find yourself in at the present moment, just know you are resilient.

Wellness is a passive term usually associated with exercise, diet, and sleep Associated with health & disease prevention Well-being is comprehensive and is a constant balancing act of various dimensions (Physical, Social, Emotional, Financial, Community, Purpose) associated with happiness, security, and feeling purposeful
Well-Being
Well-being is a state characterized by health, happiness, and life satisfaction; how you feel about yourself and your life. Well-being is an optimal and dynamic state that allows people to achieve their full potential. Rowan Thrive promotes the idea of aiming to prosper, flourish, and do well in within a particular situation. We aim to progress toward or realize a goal. Rowan Thrive also promotes self-care and taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress.
