Rowan University is committed to supporting student veterans and military-affiliated students by connecting them with academic, health, and support services. Below are trusted campus and external resources to help veterans navigate enrollment, benefits, healthcare, and overall well-being.

On-Campus Support

•  Military Services Office assists with admissions, scholarships, required forms, and veteran-specific resources to support a successful transition to Rowan University.

• Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) provides confidential mental health counseling for veterans, including individual support and referrals. Appointments are available year-round.

• Rowan University's Stars & Stripes Training program educates the Rowan community on the unique experiences and needs of veteran students to foster an inclusive and supportive campus environment.

External Veteran Resources

• Gloucester County Veterans Affairs offers full-time services and benefits assistance for veterans living in Gloucester County. 

• New Jersey Department of Military & Veterans Affairs provides contact information and locations for Veterans Affairs offices throughout New Jersey.

• Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) focuses on health topics and resources specific to military personnel and veterans. 

• MyHealthVet is a VA-supported platform that allows veterans to access health records, manage appointments, and make informed healthcare decisions online.
