Not knowing your coverage could cost you. Before visiting a doctor, urgent care, or specialist, check that the provider accepts your health insurance.

How to Check Your Coverage

• Visit your health insurance provider’s website and search the provider directory
• Contact your insurance company to request a list of in-network doctors, hospitals, and urgent care centers
• Call the member services number on your insurance card to confirm coverage for a specific provider
