Wellness Center Requirements & Student Health Services
Incoming Spring 2025 Students
Wellness Center requirements are past due.

Scheduling a Wellness Center Appointment
All students, regardless of health insurance provider, may schedule an appointment online.

Appointment No-Show Policy
Effective January 21, 2025, a $25 no-show fee will be charged for appointments that are unattended or not canceled prior to the scheduled start time. Students will receive an email notification if a no-show fee is applied.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the Wellness Center at 856-256-4333 as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.
Student Health Services at the Wellness Center
The Wellness Center provides free illness and injury visits for enrolled students. Services include evaluation by a physician or nurse practitioner, select medications and treatments, and referrals when needed. The Wellness Center does not replace a primary care provider.
Additional Services
- Sexual and reproductive health services in collaboration with FamCare
- Select medications and point-of-care lab tests at no cost
- Immunizations at reduced rates
- Free flu vaccines for students (see Flu Clinic information or call the Wellness Center to book an appointment)
Reimbursement receipts may be submitted to health insurance providers.
Billing Information
Charges incurred at the Wellness Center will be applied directly to the student’s Bursar Account, allowing payment for services provided.

Important Reminder
All new first-year and transfer students are required to submit completed pre-entrance health forms by the stated deadline. Submissions received after the due date may result in late fees of up to $100 and an immunization hold on your student account.
