Incoming students! Your Wellness Center Requirements are due as follows: Summer and Fall admits are due June 15th, Spring admits due December 15th. Visit our Requirements page for more details here.
All students, no matter their health insurance provider, may schedule an appointment HERE.

Mobile Self Check-in
The Wellness Center also offers sexual and reproductive health services, in collaboration with FamCare. More information can be found here.
Flu vaccines for students are offered at no cost, see here for free flu clinic information.
Reimbursement receipts can be submitted to health insurance companies.
Please note: Charges accrued at The Wellness Center will be applied to your Bursar Account, allowing you to make a direct payment to the service(s) provided.

Important Reminder
As a new freshman or transfer student, you must submit your completed mandatory pre-entrance health forms prior to the due date. If you submit any requirement(s) after the due date, you may receive up to $100 in late fees and an immunization hold.Sick/Injury Appointments
