Wellness Center Appointments
Students can schedule a Wellness Center appointment by calling 856-256-4333 or by self-scheduling online.
Appointment Guidelines
- Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
- Students who arrive more than 5 minutes late will be marked as a no-show, charged a $25 fee, and will need to reschedule.
- Appointments must be cancelled in advance if you are unable to attend to avoid the no-show fee.
Important Information
- Appointments are required to be seen at the Wellness Center.
- Scheduling an appointment for the incorrect visit type may result in cancellation and rescheduling to ensure appropriate care.
- Always bring your health insurance card to your appointment.
- The Wellness Center does not provide class excuse notes. Appointments should not be scheduled for this purpose.
- Students under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian complete a Consent for Treatment prior to their visit.
Student Health Screening
As part of routine care, the Wellness Center may screen students for depression and assess substance use. When appropriate, students are provided with resources, education, and support.

Sick/Injury Appointments
All matriculated students may receive medical services at the Wellness Center. Most student illness can be diagnosed and treated in our office.

Student Health Charges
Services are by appointment only. There is no charge to see a healthcare provider for a visit. Rapid tests, medications and specialty visits may have charges associated with them.
