Free Non-Urgent Transport to Health Appointments

Using student worker EMTs we provide scheduled transports to off-campus medical and therapy appointments, within a 15-minute radius of the campus. Transports are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.


All transport requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment(s). You will only be contacted if there is an issue regarding the request. Complete the additional transport request form using the Online Wellness Link (OWL) after scheduling your appointment. ​

We strongly encourage students who no longer need non-urgent transportation, to email emstransports@rowan.edu at least one hour prior to the scheduled pick up time, if they cannot make their designated time.  

Update: As of January 21, 2025, a $25 No Show Fee will be applied to all unattended and uncancelled appointments. Students who have not cancelled their appointment AT LEAST ONE HOUR prior to the start time will be notified via email.
