The Wellness Center Team has changed some of our workflows during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Please note the following:
  • We ask that all appointments are made by calling the office at 856-256-4333
    • Effective Monday, 3/23/2020: due to recent changes and hopes to reduce COVID-19 spread, HOURS ARE REDUCED to Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and must be made via phone call at 856-256-4333
  • You may be scheduled for a virtual appointment through WebEx first to determine if an in person appointment is needed.​
  • Provider can make assessments and care plans through virtual visits where appropriate.
  • PPD & STI Testing and other services have been suspended until further notice

Certain services have been suspened at the Wellness Center until further notice. An update will be given as soon as possible.

 
In the case of a health emergency or crisis, call 9-1-1 or 856-256-433, then press 3 to speak to the counselor on call.

Student Health Services offers illness and injury visits free of charge. Evaluation by a physician or nurse practitioner, some medications and treatments, and/or referral for illnesses or injuries are offered to all matriculated students attending classes. Student Health Services does not take the place of a primary care physician. The Wellness Center also offers sexual and reproductive health services, more information can be found here. Certain medications, lab tests and immunizations are offered at a low ost and reimbursement receipts can be submitted to health insurance companies should payment be required. Student Health Services accepts cash, check, Rowan Bucks, Visa, Discover and MasterCard as forms of payment.

  • IMPORTANT REMINDER: New Freshmen and Transfer students must submit their completed Mandatory Pre-Entrance Health Forms prior to the due date. Students submitting any requirement(s) after their due date may receive up to $100 in late fees and an Immunization Hold.
  • The Wellness Center offers confidential STI testing for students. Check out our STI screening clinic offered weekly. Make an appointment by logging in online here.  This clinic is not for students who have symptoms. Click here to review frequently asked questions for the STI screening clinic.
