Police Body-Worn Cameras

In accordance with Attorney General Directive 2021-5, the Rowan University Police Department reminds the public that all sworn police officers in the department are equipped and trained to use Axon 4 Body Worn Cameras. These cameras are worn by sworn officers in both uniform and plainclothes, including all sworn patrol officers, detectives, supervisors, and administrators. Cameras are worn either on the chest of the uniform, the chest of an outer vest carrier, or on the belt of a plain clothes officer.
