Staying on standards

It can be easy to purchase goods and services online or from the same vendor you've always used, but assuring quality and value should make every Rowan purchaser think twice. Whether you're producing t-shirts, brochures or banners, all print digital and promotional vendors must abide by the University's Graphic Standards and purchasing policies. Start by asking for samples and an estimate for the project based on your specifications, be sure to abide by price threshholds and be sure to requisition vendor services through Purchasing.

The following recommended vendors have agreed to abide by the University’s Graphic Standards and have performed well in quality tests and across a wide range of products and services. No matter who you choose to work with, it's your responsibility to monitor the vendor's compliance on a project. Not sure if you're getting your money's worth or if the logo looks right? Stationery Printing

Pirolli Printing is the only vendor approved by Purchasing and University Publications for printing letterhead, business cards and envelopes. No purchase of letterhead, envelopes or business cards will be approved or reimbursed to departments or individuals if it is not from this vendor.

Offset Printing

If you need to print more than 500 of any one item, from postcards to annual reports, it's likely that offset printing will be the most economical option. The printers in this list are familiar with Rowan standards and offer a wide range of print options, including specialty papers, inks, bindery, finishing and coordinating mailing.
