Letterhead
This template features the correct margins and line spacing necessary to print letters on the University’s new pre-printed letterhead. Refer to page 29 in the Graphic Standards Guide PDF to see an example of properly formatted letterhead.
#10 Envelope
This template features the correct margins and line spacing necessary to print addresses on the University’s new pre-printed envelopes. The logo is not present in this template. Refer to page 29 in the Graphic Standards Guide PDF to see an example of properly formatted envelope.
Memorandum
IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
This template follows the University's new standards and features the correct margins and line spacing necessary to to create memos. You'll need to customize the template with your office/department information. This template uses the University's official typefaces: Source Sans Pro and Source Serif Pro (available for download below).
Fax cover sheet
IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
This file includes two templates. Each document is formatted a little different depending on use. ru_fax_1 is for those individuals who like to use their computer to create fax sheets and ru_fax_2 is for those who like to handwrite their fax cover sheets. You'll need to customize the templates with your department name, phone, etc.
